Michael Sullivan & Associates LLP is seeking a full-time Operations Specialist. The Operations Specialist maintains a close professional relationship with the Operations and IT departments. Please note that this position is remote from anywhere in the state of California.

Specific Duties May Include But Are Not Limited To
- Assist with creation of new client accounts in firm practice management software.
- Maintain firm's contact database including client protocols, vendors, and guidelines, as well and current and prior contacts; Communication with clients for clarifications as directed.
- Execute workflows as directed to batch update data for clients and internal teams.
- Organize and file contracts, agreements, etc.
- Communicate with vendors as directed.
- Investigate discrepancies in data or special handling requirements as directed.
- Review and route communications received by the firm requiring investigation.
- Other duties, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate computer skills- experience with logical and/or statements beneficial but not required
- Ability to work well with or without supervision
- Ability to prioritize
- Attention to detail and high quality are ESSENTIAL to the success of anyone in this role
- At least one year (and preferably two years or more) relevant experience with a legal practice management software or maintaining a contact database preferred
