As we continue to grow and expand the practice, we now seek LAW CLERKS to provide support to the Attorneys in all 10 of our California offices. *Applicants must reside in the state of California and be awaiting results for the California State Bar!

Specific duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Key Responsibilities
- assisting attorneys in all areas of discovery and litigation
- reviewing and summarizing medical records
- attending depositions/cross examinations of doctors and taking notes/writing summaries
- legal research
- drafting petitions, briefs & other legal documents
- other assigned or guided tasks as may be needed to support Attorneys and legal staff
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must be awaiting California State Bar Exam results
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment with or without supervision
- Ability to prioritize
- Attention to detail and high quality are ESSENTIAL to the success of anyone in this role!
