This company has secured several projects throughout the year and well afterwards which is why they are looking for skilled Traveling Superintendents.
Description
As a Traveling Superintendent, you will report directly to the General Superintendent and take full ownership of on‑site delivery for multiple retail construction projects across the United States.
Your responsibilities will include:- Leading day‑to‑day site operations on fast‑paced retail builds
- Managing subcontractors, schedules, and quality control
- Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety standards
- Coordinating with Project Managers and senior leadership
- Driving projects to meet aggressive timelines and budgets
- Acting as the senior on‑site representative with clients and partners
Profile
- For the Traveling Superintendent role, we are seeking:
- A strong background in retail or restaurant construction (essential)
- Not targeting solely QSR (quick serve restaurants)
- Proven experience delivering projects in live or fast‑track environments
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally on a consistent basis
- Confident, hands‑on leadership style with subcontractors and site teams
- A self‑starter mindset suited to a lean, high‑trust organization
- Exposure to healthcare or medical construction (advantageous, not essential)
Job Offer
- Base salary up to $120,000
- $600 per month vehicle allowance added to base salary
- Per Diem
- Full benefits package including medical and retirement plan
