The project portfolio is almost exclusively ground‑up multifamily, including podium, garden‑style, and wrap product types.
Job Description
- Lead all onsite construction activities for ground-up multifamily projects
- Manage daily subcontractor coordination and ensure adherence to schedule
- Maintain strict compliance with quality, safety, and building standards
- Conduct onsite meetings, inspections, and progress updates
- Collaborate with project management teams to resolve issues and track milestones
- Maintain detailed documentation, logs, and reporting
- Represent the company professionally with owners, partners, and trade teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 3 years in a field supervisory role (not at the assistant level)
- Experience with multifamily GC projects or large scale production homebuilding
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead field operations independently
- A stable career history (no more than 2 jobs in the past 10 years)
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Willingness to travel across Georgia and the Carolinas
