Job Description
- Manage and lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
- Drive project schedules, site logistics, and sequencing across multiple trades
- Oversee subcontractors, field staff, and safety performance on active job sites
- Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, and inspectors to ensure quality delivery
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, compliant job site
- Operate within project budgets while controlling costs and productivity
- Deliver technically complex projects including Data Centers, labs, clean rooms, warehouses, tilt-up, precast, and PEMB facilities
- Travel nationwide to support projects, primarily across the Eastern U.S., Midwest, and Southeast
The Successful Applicant
- 8 years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale Data Center, Mission Critical, or industrial construction projects
- Proven experience delivering warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, lab, or clean room projects
- Strong knowledge of tilt-up concrete, precast structures, and PEMB construction
- Ability to lead diverse trade partners across fast-track schedules
- Comfortable traveling nationwide for project assignments
- Proactive, detail-oriented leader with excellent communication skills
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and accountability in the field
- Competitive base salary $110,000 - $150,000 depending on experience
