Job Description

• Manage and lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
• Drive project schedules, site logistics, and sequencing across multiple trades
• Oversee subcontractors, field staff, and safety performance on active job sites
• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, and inspectors to ensure quality delivery
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, compliant job site
• Operate within project budgets while controlling costs and productivity
• Deliver technically complex projects including Data Centers, labs, clean rooms, warehouses, tilt-up, precast, and PEMB facilities
• Travel nationwide to support projects, primarily across the Eastern U.S., Midwest, and Southeast

The Successful Applicant

• 8 years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale Data Center, Mission Critical, or industrial construction projects
• Proven experience delivering warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, lab, or clean room projects
• Strong knowledge of tilt-up concrete, precast structures, and PEMB construction
• Ability to lead diverse trade partners across fast-track schedules
• Comfortable traveling nationwide for project assignments
• Proactive, detail-oriented leader with excellent communication skills
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and accountability in the field
