Job Description
- Lead on-site construction operations from ground-up through project closeout
- Manage subcontractors, field teams, and site logistics across traveling projects
- Drive schedules and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Enforce strict safety protocols and quality standards, especially on technical builds
- Coordinate closely with project management, clients, and design teams
- Oversee inspections, commissioning, and turnover processes
- Proactively identify and resolve field challenges to maintain progress
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of Superintendent experience in commercial or industrial construction
- Proven experience in at least one of the following:Light industrial facilities, Cold storage / refrigerated facilities and Data centers / mission-critical environments
- Ability to manage complex MEP systems and technical builds
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Southeast and nationally
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
