Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily field operations, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and site cleanliness
- Drive project execution in alignment with budget, timeline, and milestones
- Maintain and update detailed project schedules reflecting real-time progress
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Monitor site logistics, phasing plans, and inspections across project life cycle
- Proactively communicate changes, risks, and issues with the project team
- Foster strong subcontractor relationships and uphold a collaborative culture
- Support and mentor junior team members while promoting best practices
The Successful Applicant

- 3-5 years' experience as a Superintendent with a reputable GC
- Proven ability to manage, train, and develop field teams
- Experience delivering projects between $10M-$50M
