Job Description
- Oversee and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities on commercial construction projects
- Coordinate and supervise MEP subcontractors to ensure schedule adherence, quality, and safety compliance
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accurate execution in the field
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, General Superintendents, and other trade superintendents
- Lead MEP coordination meetings and resolve constructability and sequencing issues
- Perform regular site walks and inspections to verify code compliance and workmanship standards
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Support commissioning, inspections, turnover, and project close-out activities

The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of experience in commercial construction with a strong focus on MEP systems
- Proven background managing MEP scopes on large, complex data center projects
- Deep knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, BIM models, and MEP coordination drawings
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively and work on projects nationwide
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA certification preferred
- Competitive base salary up to $170,000 per diem
