Job Description
- Lead day‑to‑day field operations on traveling assignments across multiple states.
- Manage subcontractors, scheduling, logistics planning, and site coordination to maintain production goals.
- Enforce safety standards, company policies, and OSHA compliance across all jobsite activities.
- Review plans, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to ensure accurate field execution.
- Oversee quality control, inspections, punch lists, and project documentation.
- Conduct daily huddles, subcontractor meetings, and progress updates with project leadership.
- Coordinate equipment, deliveries, manpower, and critical path sequencing.
- Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
- Travel frequently for multi‑week rotations based on project demands.
The Successful Applicant
- 5-10 years of superintendent‑level experience in commercial, healthcare, industrial, hospitality, multifamily, or education construction.
- Strong field expertise in scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and safety leadership.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, details, and construction documents.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams in dynamic environments.
- Strong attention to detail in safety, quality, and jobsite organization.
- Proven success running mid‑ to large‑scale projects while traveling.
- A collaborative, solution‑oriented approach focused on delivering on time and on budget.
- Base Salary: $95,000 - $130,000
- Total Compensation (with bonus): $110,000 - $150,000
- Bonus Range: 10-20%
- Per‑Diem: $50 - $125/day depending on project location
- Travel Benefits: Company‑paid flights, lodging, rental vehicle, and periodic paid trips home
