Description

The Traveling Superintendent will report to Regional Operations Leadership and be responsible for the successful field execution of assigned construction projects throughout Arkansas.
  • Lead day-to-day field operations from project startup through final completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones are achieved
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel
  • Enforce safety standards and drive a proactive safety culture
  • Monitor quality control and ensure work is completed to project specifications
  • Partner with Project Managers to manage project progress and resolve issues
  • Travel throughout Arkansas and surrounding markets as project assignments require

Profile

For the Traveling Superintendent we are seeking:

    • 5 years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction
    • Experience leading projects in healthcare, education, commercial, retail, industrial, manufacturing, or public sectors
    • Strong scheduling and project coordination skills
    • Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and multiple trades onsite
    • Knowledge of construction safety standards and quality control practices
    • Experience with construction scheduling software preferred
    • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Arkansas for project assignments
    • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
