Job Description
- Lead all day‑to‑day on‑site construction activities from mobilization through close‑out
- Manage subcontractors, site personnel, and vendors to maintain schedule and quality
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and OSHA compliance
- Develop and manage short‑term look‑ahead schedules and daily work plans
- Ensure work is executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and company standards
- Conduct quality control inspections and manage punch lists
- Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation
- Coordinate closely with Project Management to proactively address schedule and field challenges
- Serve as the primary on‑site representative with inspectors, consultants, and ownership
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on multi‑family or comparable commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and trade coordination
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively for project assignments
- OSHA‑30 preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Base salary starting at $110,000, dependent on experience
