Description
- Manage day-to-day on-site construction operations from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a strong safety culture
- Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate project execution
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays
Profile
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (nationwide)
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and site coordination
- Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- OSHA certification or similar safety training preferred
