Description
- Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
- Manage field teams and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to resolve challenges proactively.
- Conduct daily site meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
Profile
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing commercial construction projects (experience with grocery, retail, or healthcare projects a plus).
- TRAVEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Ability to travel extensively and manage projects in various locations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction technology and scheduling tools.
- Commitment to safety and quality on every job site.
- AVERAGE TENURE OF 3 YEARS FOR EACH COMPANY
Job Offer
- $135,000 - $165,000 base - dependent on experience
