Job Description
This Test Engineer will be responsible for:
- Developing robust test plans, verification strategies, and validation activities.
- Creating and maintaining test procedures for multiple test environments.
- Supporting aerospace, environmental, vacuum, and research testing programs.
- Operating test equipment and collecting performance data.
- Troubleshooting hardware, systems, and test-related issues.
- Supporting test station build-up, calibration, maintenance, and equipment procurement.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Test Engineer Will Have
- 8 years of testing or hardware validation experience.
- Experience testing hardware products in aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability industries.
- Hands-on experience within laboratory or clean room environments.
- Experience with environmental or qualification testing.
- Proficiency using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and related lab equipment.
- Experience developing test procedures and documentation.
- Familiarity with ESD-sensitive hardware and quality processes.
- Spaceflight hardware, vacuum chamber, or aerospace testing experience preferred
- Base salary dependant on experience
