Job Description
As the Commercial Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing field operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You will report directly to senior operations leadership and work closely with project managers and subcontractors.
- Manage day‑to‑day on‑site construction activities from mobilization through close‑out
- Lead subcontractors and self‑perform crews to ensure productivity, quality, and safety
- Coordinate schedules, inspections, material deliveries, and manpower planning
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and company procedures at all times
- Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and inspectors
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope for $10-20M commercial builds
- Represent the company professionally on active jobsites throughout the OKC metro area
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Superintendent Should Have
- Extensive knowledge of ground up construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- 5 years as a Construction Superintendent overseeing commercial projects ranging 10-20M in value
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Experience in interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
