Job Description
- Oversee on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
- Manage subcontractors, scheduling, inspections, and site safety
- Coordinate daily work plans to meet schedule and budget milestones
- Ensure quality control and compliance with plans and specifications
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and executive leadership
The Successful Applicant
- Proven superintendent experience on multifamily or mid-rise projects
- Background delivering ground-up projects in the $20M-$50M range
- Familiarity with Miami / South Florida construction environment preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- $120,000-$140,000 base salary
- Stable pipeline of local multifamily projects
- Lean team environment with direct leadership access
