Job Description
- Serve as onsite construction lead for an $85M garden-style multifamily project
- Manage daily field operations, schedules, and subcontractor coordination

- Partner closely with the Project Manager and ownership team
The Successful Applicant
- Proven Superintendent or Senior Superintendent experience on multifamily projects
- Prior project experience in the $75M-$100M range required
