Job Description
- Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure efficient project execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues promptly to avoid delays or overruns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
