Description
- Lead day-to-day on-site operations for commercial and multifamily construction projects from mobilization through closeout.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and per contract documents.
- Maintain and enforce site safety programs in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Review plans and specifications to proactively identify constructability issues and field conflicts.
- Develop and manage short- and long-term project schedules in coordination with the project management team.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure workmanship meets design, code, and owner expectations.
- Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress walks with owners, inspectors, and consultants.
- Track daily progress, manpower, and site conditions while maintaining accurate field reports and documentation.
Profile
- 5 years of construction industry experience
- Track record of successfully delivering multifamily construction projects
- Strong construction technology skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for construction
