Description
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and closeout of commercial and multifamily construction projects.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to align scope and quality expectations.
- Oversee contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor construction progress and quality through regular site visits and inspections.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and financials clearly to owners and stakeholders.
Profile
- 3 years experience of leading commercial or multifamily construction projects
- Track record of leading projects valued at $5M
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be the main point of contact for key clientele
- Knowledge of relevant construction softwares
- Familiarity with preconstruction concepts
