Job Description
- Lead daily onsite construction operations and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Manage subcontractors, coordinate workflow, and resolve jobsite issues proactively
- Uphold strict safety standards and drive a zero‑incident culture
- Monitor project quality and ensure all work meets company and client specifications
- Oversee inspections, documentation, reporting, and site logistics
- Collaborate closely with the project management team to maintain alignment and efficient communication
- Represent the company professionally with owners, trade partners, and inspectors
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience delivering ground-up or renovation projects in commercial, multifamily, or government sectors
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site safety, and quality control
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and project documentation
- Skilled in managing subcontractors and driving onsite productivity
- Effective communicator with strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 USD per year.
