We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to support our clients across the United States and help deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience, including prior experience as a superintendent

Ability and willingness to travel nationwide to project sites

Proficiency in layout of complex construction projects

Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural plans, and structural drawings

Proven experience managing and maintaining project schedules

Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to quality

Excellent communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

OSHA 30 certification required

Comfortable using technology and cloud-based reporting systems (training and tools provided)

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning and scheduling through completion

Coordinate daily with project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain workflow and ensure timely delivery of materials and services

Lead and supervise construction crews, providing direction, support, and accountability

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track

Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders
-
Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety aligned with industry best practices
