Job Description

• Manage and oversee all phases of multi-family construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and on-site personnel to ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing company safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding timelines and milestones.
• Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or challenges effectively and efficiently.
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective project execution.
• Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee that all work meets the company's high standards.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Superintendent - Multifamily Construction Should Have

• A proven track record managing ground‑up multifamily projects, including stick‑frame construction.
• 1-7 years of superintendent experience with strong understanding of multifamily building processes, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Demonstrated long-term tenure with a single employer, reflecting stability and commitment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide teams and coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant jobsite.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and construction documents.
• The ability to quickly solve on‑site challenges and make informed decisions in fast‑paced condition
