Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Framing Superintendent to oversee and manage framing operations for multi-family construction projects. Based on-site in Region Central, FL, this role involves managing daily operations, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and meeting quality standards. The Superintendent will monitor project timelines, manage material deliveries, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to lead various aspects of construction framing with a hands-on approach.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in construction management, site supervision, and scheduling to ensure project efficiency and quality.
- Strong knowledge of framing techniques, materials, tools, and safety standards in a construction environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills to oversee subcontractors and crew members.
- Proven experience in multi-family construction projects and ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Effective communication skills, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and procurement processes.
- OSHA certification and knowledge of workplace safety regulations are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional trade certifications or a degree in construction management is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $104,000 – $125,000 based on experience
