Job Description
- Manage all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure schedules are achieved.
- Maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct daily site inspections and enforce safety regulations and company procedures.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and ownership teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure compliance.
- Identify and resolve construction issues proactively to minimize delays.
- Lead site meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee quality control and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor.
- Proven experience delivering ground-up construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Ability to lead field teams and effectively coordinate multiple subcontractors.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, healthcare, education, or institutional projects is highly desirable.
- OSHA certification preferred.
- Local experience within New York, Westchester County, or surrounding markets is advantageous
