- Manage and supervise construction projects within LAUSD, ensuring timely and quality completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
- Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and provide regular project updates.
- Oversee inspections and ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications.
- Resolve any project-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, including daily reports and schedules.
The Successful Applicant
- Managing all field operations from groundbreaking through closeout
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders
- Maintaining project schedules and driving production milestones
- Enforcing site safety programs and compliance requirements
- Leading weekly site meetings and progress reporting
- Working closely with Project Managers to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum
- Ensuring compliance with LAUSD standards, specifications, and procedures
- Managing inspections, punch lists, and project turnover
