Job Description
The Superintendent - Commercial Interiors / Mission Critical - NoVA will:
- Oversee daily field operations for commercial interior and tenant improvement projects
- Manage schedules, subcontractors, site safety, and quality control from mobilization through close‑out
- Coordinate closely with project management, clients, and trade partners to ensure clear communication and execution
- Supervise projects ranging from small interior renovations to multi‑million‑dollar buildouts
- Work in occupied, secure, and mission‑critical environments requiring attention to detail and discretion
- Maintain site documentation, inspections, and compliance with project requirements
- Travel to project sites as needed (travel flexibility is a plus but not required)
The Successful Applicant
The Superintendent - Commercial Interiors / Mission Critical - NoVA will have:
- 5-10 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial interior projects
- Background in high‑end interior fit‑outs such as office, healthcare, government, higher education, SCIF, or technology
- Experience managing projects averaging $3-5M, with exposure up to $15M
- Ability to obtain secure badging, including drug screening and background check
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
The Superintendent - Commercial Interiors / Mission Critical - NoVA will receive:
- Base Salary: $100,000-$130,000 (flexible based on experience)
- Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus, typically $20K-$60K
- Car Allowance: $600/month
