Description
The Superintendent will report to senior operations leadership and be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities. This Superintendent role is essential to ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution from groundbreaking through closeout.
- Manage day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Develop and maintain project schedules to achieve critical milestones
- Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of job-site safety
- Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with plans and specifications

Profile
For the Superintendent we are seeking:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades simultaneously
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of OSHA requirements and job-site safety practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with construction management technology and scheduling software
- Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
