Description
- Supervise and direct all phases of commercial construction projects in Raleigh.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication.
- Monitor job site safety and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and documentation.
- Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure project progress and quality.
Profile
A successful Superintendent - Commercial Construction should have:
- Proven experience in commercial construction management within the Business Services industry.
