Job Description

• Manage daily site operations and subcontractors
• Maintain project schedules and construction milestones
• Drive safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Coordinate inspections and project logistics
• Report progress to project and executive leadership

The Successful Applicant

• 5 years' Superintendent experience
• Commercial construction project experience
• Ground-up and renovation project exposure
• Strong scheduling and trade coordination skills
• Proven leadership on active construction sites
