Job Description

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and reporting
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and client teams
• Drive safety, quality, and project delivery standards
• Identify risks and implement corrective action plans

The Successful Applicant

• 5 years' Project Management experience
• Commercial construction project background
• Ground-up and/or major renovation experience
• Strong financial and scheduling expertise
• Experience managing client and subcontractor relationships
