Job Description
- Lead all onsite construction activities for interior and Class A projects
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and self-perform crews
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and site logistics
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and quality control procedures
- Coordinate closely with project managers, architects, and inspectors
- Resolve field issues quickly to keep projects on schedule
- Conduct site meetings and provide clear progress updates
- Oversee punch list completion and closeout activities

The Successful Applicant
A successful Sr. Superintendent - Interiors / Class A should have:
- 8 years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Proven background in interior buildouts and Class A office projects
- Strong knowledge of sequencing, inspections, and trade coordination
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules
- Leadership style that promotes accountability and teamwork
- OSHA certification preferred
