- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for summer associates.

- Organize and participate in on-campus interviews and recruitment events to attract prospective candidates.
- Maintain and manage applicant tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with the human resources team to support onboarding and integration of new hires.
