Job Description
- Oversee all phases of commercial build projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
- Manage on-site operations, including safety protocols, quality assurance, and subcontractor coordination.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align project goals and timelines.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation.
- Lead and mentor construction teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations in Orlando.
- Identify and resolve construction challenges efficiently to maintain project progress.

A Successful Senior Superintendent Should Have
- Proven expertise in managing high end residential/multifamily projects.
- Strong project list, consisting of $20M projects, both multifamily and commercial.
- No stick frame experience needed : concrete and steel frame projects only.
- In-depth knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, and building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
