Job Description

• Oversee all phases of commercial build projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
• Manage on-site operations, including safety protocols, quality assurance, and subcontractor coordination.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align project goals and timelines.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation.
• Lead and mentor construction teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations in Orlando.
• Identify and resolve construction challenges efficiently to maintain project progress.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Senior Superintendent Should Have

• Proven expertise in managing high end residential/multifamily projects.
• Strong project list, consisting of $20M projects, both multifamily and commercial.
• No stick frame experience needed : concrete and steel frame projects only.
• In-depth knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, and building codes.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
