Sr. Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will lead the execution of complex healthcare infrastructure modernization and Energy-as-a-Service projects valued at $10M across the Northeast. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-profile projects, lead client relationships, and drive successful project delivery while partnering closely with senior leadership.

Description

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale healthcare infrastructure and energy modernization projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Direct subcontractor and project team performance to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
• Collaborate with project executives and leadership teams on project strategy and execution.
• Oversee project controls, risk management, and change management processes.
• Drive successful outcomes across multiple project phases from planning through closeout.
• Ensure projects meet contractual obligations, operational goals, and client expectations.

Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

Must-Have Qualifications

• Senior-level project management experience delivering large and complex construction projects.
• Experience managing projects valued at $10 million or greater.
• Strong MEP, mechanical, or building systems project experience.
• Experience leading project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare construction or healthcare infrastructure project experience.
• Experience with Energy-as-a-Service, infrastructure modernization, or facility upgrade projects.
• Background with a general contractor, mechanical contractor, or healthcare owner organization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical education.
• Demonstrated stability and strong tenure with previous employers.
