Description

Reporting directly into the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Develop, implement, and enhance manufacturing processes to improve productivity, consistency, and quality.
• Create, maintain, and update manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, control plans, and operating procedures.
• Support assembly, testing, inspection, and production activities while ensuring safe and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focused on waste reduction, throughput improvement, yield enhancement, and cost reduction.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventative actions to resolve production and quality issues.
• Design and introduce tooling, fixtures, gauges, and process improvements that improve manufacturing performance.
• Partner with engineering teams to review product designs and improve manufacturability and assembly efficiency.
• Support prototype builds, process development activities, validation efforts, and new product introduction programs.
• Analyze manufacturing data and performance metrics to identify trends and implement process improvements.
• Train and support operators and technicians on manufacturing methods, quality requirements, and best practices.
• Manage engineering changes, process updates, and configuration control activities.
• Support audits and maintain compliance with customer, quality, and regulatory standards.

Profile

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline or Associate's Degree with equivalent experience
• Experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Knowledge of process development, work instructions, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering teams.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using CAD software, ideally SolidWorks.
• A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
