Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of lab and life science construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Lead project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure alignment and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with clients to provide updates and address project-related concerns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr. Project Manager - Lab/Life Science Construction should have:

  • Experience in managing lab or life science construction projects.
  • A strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
