Job Description
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance programs and regulatory compliance systems.
- Ensure all products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify and address any compliance or quality issues.
- Lead the development of documentation and reports for regulatory submissions.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on quality and regulatory best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in industry regulations and ensure company adherence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Sr. Manager Quality & Regulatory Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or regulatory-focused discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Cosmetic Science, or related field)
- 5 years of progressively responsible experience in quality and/or regulatory within beauty, personal care, or consumer health
- Strong expertise in U.S. (FDA) and international cosmetic regulations, including the EU framework, with experience supporting multi-region compliance
- Demonstrated experience establishing or maintaining Quality Management Systems aligned to GMP / ISO standards
- Proven ability to support end-to-end product launches from a quality and regulatory standpoint \
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex regulatory concepts for cross-functional stakeholders
- Working knowledge of regulatory systems, documentation tools, and standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office
- Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $140,000 USD.
