The Successful Applicant

• 5-15 years of commercial construction project management experience, with strong exposure to interiors, renovations, and special‑projects‑scale work.
• Proven track record managing multiple fast‑paced projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trade coordination, and working in active operational environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client‑facing professionalism.
• Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
• Detail‑oriented, solutions‑driven, and able to thrive in a role where agility is key.
