Job Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, identifying and addressing potential delays.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites.
- Prepare regular reports on project progress for stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

A Successful Project Manager Should Have
- 10 years of experience in water/ wastewater or relevant sectors
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry.
- Exceptional communication skills for liaising with clients and team members.
