Job Description

  • Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance
  • Oversee field teams, superintendents, and subcontractors
  • Coordinate work in active hospital environments with minimal disruption
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Enforce strict safety, cleanliness, and operational protocols
  • Drive project planning, problem-solving, and risk mitigation
  • Mentor junior team members and support team development

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of Project Management experience (PM level)
  • 5 years and strong leadership experience (Senior PM level)
  • Commercial construction experience; healthcare preferred
  • Experience working in occupied or sensitive environments is a plus
  • Richmond candidates: must have extensive inpatient hospital renovation experience
  • Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and schedules successfully
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism in high-stakes settings
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growth and long-term opportunity

What's On Offer

  • Competitive compensation:
    • PM: $100K-$130K
    • Senior PM: $130K-$150K
  • $500/month vehicle allowance
