Job Description
- Managing projects from contract award through final completion
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Leading project meetings and acting as the primary client point of contact
- Managing change orders, RFIs, and submittals
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards, drawings, and specifications
- Supporting pre‑construction planning and buyout activities as needed
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and best practices
- Experience managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑focused mindset
- Base salary starting at $100,000 (flexible depending on experience)
