Senior Project Manager, LIHTC Affordable Housing

Description

• Work in tandem with the VP of Development and VP of Asset Management to drive a circa $700 million tenant in place project.
• Manage all phases of property development projects, including planning, design, construction, and final delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and progress to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks to minimize project delays or budget overruns.
• Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiations.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
