We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager with occupied rehab and ground up experience in the affordable housing space to oversee and lead construction projects within the building and construction industry. This role requires strong organizational skills and expertise in managing affordable housing projects from inception to completion.

Description

  • Manage all aspects of affordable housing construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
  • Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for assigned projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, permits, and safety standards.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in project management within the Property industry, particularly in affordable housing.
  • Ground up or tenant in place construction experience in an affordable housing setting.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple tasks effectively.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
