Job Description
- Lead the full project lifecycle for clean rooms, active hospitals, labs, and technical facilities
- Manage cost, schedule, buyout, forecasting, and contract administration
- Drive subcontractor performance, sequencing, and accountability on the team
- Partner closely with Superintendents, BIM/VDC teams, and engineers to maintain coordination and schedule
- Manage change orders, RFIs, and documentation with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach
- Interface directly with owners, architects, engineers, commissioning agents, and inspectors
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO classifications, QA/QC requirements, and AHJ standards
- Lead commissioning, closeout, and turnover documentation
The Successful Applicant
- 8-12 years of experience as a PM with a commercial GC
- Direct experience delivering clean rooms, labs, life sciences, or MEP‑intensive projects
- Strong understanding of controlled‑environment construction
- Confident communicator with owners, consultants, and trade partners
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling tools, and BIM environments
- $750 /month Truck Allowance
