Job Description
- Manage full project lifecycle for a clean room construction project
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams
- Manage procurement, contracts, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
- Lead client meetings, reporting, and overall project communication
- Oversee project closeout, documentation, and turnover

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Clean Room Construction should have:
- Experience as a Project Manager on commercial or industrial construction projects
- Clean room construction experience required
- Manufacturing and design/build experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and cost control
- Engineering degree preferred but not required
- Proven leadership, organization, and communication skills
