Job Description
- Lead multiple mechanical and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and risk management
- Manage project schedules, procurement strategies, contract administration, and change order processes
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Superintendents, engineers, and project teams
- Develop staffing strategies and allocate resources across multiple concurrent projects
- Support business development efforts, proposal preparation, client pursuits, and contract negotiations
- Drive operational excellence while identifying opportunities for growth and long-term client partnerships
The Successful Applicant
- 10 years of experience managing mechanical, industrial, process piping, utility, energy, manufacturing, water/wastewater, or infrastructure construction projects
- Proven success overseeing large-scale projects and/or project portfolios valued at $30M
- Strong background managing project financials, forecasting, budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement
- Experience delivering Design-Build, EPC, Design-Bid-Build, or complex industrial construction projects
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing project teams and field operations
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems, process piping, structural, electrical, civil, and industrial construction practices
- Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000
