Description
- Lead and oversee all EHS programs, ensuring full regulatory compliance and workplace safety
- Advise leadership on safety strategy, risk mitigation, and environmental compliance initiatives
- Conduct audits and inspections to drive continuous improvement and compliance
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs and safety procedures across the organization
- Maintain safety records, training systems, and equipment to support operational standards
- Act as primary contact for regulatory agencies and respond to safety-related incidents

A successful Sr. EHS Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- 6 years leadership experience 8 years in EHS
- Strong background in OSHA and manufacturing safety compliance
- Experience leading EHS programs in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of hazardous waste, environmental regulations, and compliance standards preferred
- Proven ability to drive safety culture and influence cross-functional teams
