Job Description

The Scheduler will:

• Develop and manage detailed construction schedules and project timelines using MS Projects.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring that activities stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers and other construction staff to prioritize tasks.
• Identify potential schedule conflicts and propose effective solutions.
• Communicate with stakeholders about project status and changes to the schedule.
• Prepare and present reports on project progress and schedule status.
• Maintain records of project activities and document any changes or delays.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Scheduler Should Have

• 5 years of proven experience in a Scheduler or similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using MS Project / P6
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Desire to grow career in Huntsville
