Commercial Flooring Services is seeking an experienced Account Manager or Project Executive (see below) with direct commercial flooring experience and an existing book of business.


This is not an entry-level sales role. We are looking for a proven producer - someone currently generating $1.5M annually in commercial flooring revenue who wants to be supported and challenged, with long-term upside.

We are continuing to expand into:

  • Property Management
  • Multi-family
  • Sports Courts


Our ideal customers are either:

  1. Decision-makers across campuses (facilities directors, project managers, C-Suite/operations leaders), or
  2. General Contractors serving the capital construction needs of complimentary businesses.

The right candidate will expand our reach and capacity to service the markets above by complementing, not duplicating, our existing relationships.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Transition and grow a well-established book of commercial flooring clients
  • Generate $1.5M in annual revenue with a focus on profitable work
  • Develop direct end-user relationships and/or GC partnerships
  • Identify maintenance, renovation, and capital project opportunities
  • Lead opportunities from prospecting to bid, and project management through closeout
  • Estimate and negotiate scope, pricing with suppliers, and contract terms with customers
  • Coordinate labor and internal processes to ensure execution aligns with margin expectations
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships, not transactional deals

WHO YOU ARE

You likely have:

  • 2–10 years in commercial flooring, finishes, or commercial construction sales
  • Experience selling to facility managers, C-suite / business owners, or General Contractors
  • An active book of business that you can call on and pursue beginning day one
  • A track record of consistent revenue generation ($1.5M annually preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of products, best practices, estimating, and installation workflows
  • No active non-solicitation or non-compete restrictions
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug testing, and other compliance requirements for health care facilities, schools, and/or government facility access

  • Project Executives producing $2M annually
