The Safety Manager will lead the charge in reshaping the company's safety culture by developing protocols, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards while building trust across jobsites. Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain safety protocols across all projects.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Lead toolbox talks, orientations, and ongoing training for staff and subcontractors.
  • Address safety concerns promptly during project execution.
  • Revamp or update the company's safety manual and roll out a comprehensive orientation and education plan.
  • Support labor management by coordinating supervision and labor coverage, aligning staff skillsets with site needs.
  • Provide recommendations for improving safety tracking and reporting systems.
  • Split time between headquarters and field visits, with flexibility based on project needs.

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with a general contractor (large interiors background preferred, but ground-up experience considered).
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • CSP, CHST, and OSHA Outreach Trainer certifications strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to drive safety culture change and foster engagement across diverse teams.

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
